Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using D Trailblazer Ventures' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed after enquiry review by our team. Payment instructions are shared manually during the booking confirmation process. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days: no refund. No-shows: no refund. We reserve the right to cancel services due to adverse weather, technical issues, or force majeure events, with a full refund.
Passenger Safety
All passengers must comply with safety briefings and weight restrictions (max 90 kg per passenger). D Trailblazer Ventures reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers deemed unfit for travel. Children under 2 years travel free if held by an adult.
Liability
D Trailblazer Ventures operates under DGCA regulations. Our liability for any incident is governed by applicable Indian aviation laws. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, ATC restrictions, or events outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of D Trailblazer Ventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
