Accommodation & meals
Stays in Dehradun, Kedarnath and Badrinath are in comfortable, non-star category hotels. All meals are vegetarian. If a listed hotel is unavailable, we may provide a similar alternative.
Single occupancy
Packages are based on twin sharing. For single occupancy at all destinations, an additional charge of ₹45,000 applies.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you request a change at least 15 days before the journey, a 10% rescheduling fee applies. Requests within 15 days are treated as cancellation; a new booking would be required subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
- More than 20 days before journey: up to 50% of the paid amount refundable.
- 10–15 days before journey: up to 25% of the paid amount refundable.
- Within 10 days of journey: no refund.
Weight & luggage
Flights are planned according to aircraft weight and balance. You must provide accurate weight at booking. Price is for passengers up to 75 kg; above that, ₹2,500 per kg applies (subject to technical approval). Total aircraft capacity is 450 kg. If actual weight at travel exceeds limits, we may have to offload and cancel without refund. Luggage is 5 kg per person; suitcases are not allowed. We provide duffle bags on arrival—please use only these bags for the helicopter leg.
Flight arrangement
For safety and weight balance, we may assign passengers to different helicopters on certain sectors (e.g. Sitapur/Guptkashi to Kedarnath). Timings can vary between aircraft. The itinerary or flight times may be adjusted a day before departure due to weather or operational reasons.
Passenger policy
Children 2 years and above are charged as full passengers. Infants below 2 years (max weight 12 kg) travel free; their weight is deducted from the helicopter payload. Valid ID or birth certificate is required for age verification.
Details required for booking
Please provide: Full name, Nationality, Age, Weight, and ID proof (Aadhaar, Driving Licence or Voter ID for Indian nationals; passport for foreign nationals).
Guidelines for pilgrims
- Attend the mandatory tour briefing on the evening of arrival; weights will be recorded and duffle bags issued.
- Wear comfortable clothing (e.g. kurta, tracksuit); avoid slippers—prefer sneakers.
- Kedarnath and Badrinath are above 10,500 ft. Carry woollens, raincoat and a basic medical kit. We recommend disposable oxygen for high altitude.
- This is a fixed-departure tour; daily timings are fixed. Please be ready at the scheduled departure time each day.
- Book return flights/trains from Dehradun in the evening; delays from Badrinath due to weather are possible. We suggest keeping one extra day in Dehradun.
- VIP darshan is included; in peak rush, darshan may be from outside the sanctum if the administration restricts access. Photography is not allowed inside temples; phones may be carried as per temple rules.
Bad weather & unused sectors
If the journey cannot be completed in time due to weather or technical reasons and one or more Dhams are not visited, we will try to complete the trip the next day. If that is not possible, our liability is limited to a refund for the unutilized sectors only. Extra nights due to such delays may be chargeable. Expenses due to natural calamities, government restrictions or other force majeure are borne by the passenger. Changes in taxes or levies will be passed on accordingly. We may refuse boarding to anyone unfit to fly (e.g. unruly, intoxicated or unwell); no refund in such cases.
